  1. Hee hee, little people… funny! Oh we got snow yesterday, well actually hail… and we may get some more today. Winter is desperately not wanting to give it up.. but alas spring shall win… have no fear! Hope your day is great… -S-

  2. Yes, I think I am younger… I’ll be 32 in July, and my kids are both very self sufficent… my oldest is in 4th grade, and my youngest just started full time this year… so I’ve had some time on my hands, strange to have a little person that dependant on me again. Oh my yes, you do sound like you could use a break. I’m sure weekends are very valuable to you now. Later… S

  3. I can sympathize, it’s been super cold her today and yesterday it was in the 70’s, the day before was 80.  Indiana weather is so like that though, one minute beautiful, the next, not so much!
Sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you on things to do with your little one!  Things we do: go to the children’s museum, go to the zoo, go to the park, take a walk around the neighborhood, go to the mall and walk around or play at their play areas, joined a playgroup so Lilla could meet other kids, get together with kids the same age regularly just to "hang out", go to the library, they always have lots of things going on, read books together, the list goes on and on.  Hope it helps!
    Take care,

  4. Hey, first things first, right?
Girl, I gotta tell you I love wasabi peas, AND, therefore, I gotta warn ya: Don’t even get started on the almonds!
    I love the new look!
    Love you!!!
    Carol 🙂

  5. Hi Gail:  Thanks for your nice comments.  Yes, I have asked for miracles (had annoited blessing administered as well).  I’m full of hope with the answers I’m receiving, but I’m also not a very patient person…I’m working on that one!
I understand the short sleeves to snow scenario.  That’s March around these parts!  Take care sweetie!

  6. We’ll have to welcome Bells as a guest blogger soon!!!  Sounds like she is staying close to grams!  What a sweetie.
Speaking of nice weather (at least for the day!) I started walking around the block during my lunch hour – I may as well enjoy the sunny warm days before the next cold front (meaning the 60 degree weather) comes through!
Enjoy your weekend and your updated background is very cheery!

  7. grrrr…I just lost the comment I wrote on here ,and have no more time just now to do another !
great to see a comment from you on my space  g…praying you have a restful weekend , walking along right there beside you sister 🙂

  8. Hi Gail,  I imagine you are enjoying the snow as I am.  Well maybe I should speak for myself.  I"m sitting here watching the snow fall.  So glad I’m non essential personell.  (However I have gotten paged requesting an emergency urinalysis.  Oh my gosh!  Give me a break.  Nothing is that urgent.  Told them to give pain medication and push cranberry juice and that should do the trick.  If not, we will get a urinalysis later.)  Earlier this week it was 72 and I was dreaming of riding my bike along the C & O canal after work.  I live less than a mile away from the trail.  Well I figure this is the last snow storm of the season so I’m enjoying the day off.  Supposed to get 5-8 inches.  How about you?  Have a nice weekend!

  9. lol…yes it was that way here too…and the snow came…not much but enough…
:o) smiles easy to give away they are free… :o) very contagious… :o) so pass one to anyone … :o) to people that you love… :o) and even to those you don’t… :o) in no time the whole world will be smiling :o)

  10. Hey 🙂
I thought we were going to have spring come around the corner, until last night when it started snowing and hasnt stopped since then.  I wish summer was here! 🙂
Hope you have a great weekend. *hugs*

    g : )
I have been reading your blog but with my computer acting up I couldn’t comment… now I can! Yay!
Except I forgot what I was going to say… Ooops.

  12. Ciao G,
WOW, you new look is great…love it.
Hope that all is well….sorry about all the snow. I know that when this time of year comes around you wish that it was not going to snow…h ah aha
Here we are having temps of up to 28° on most days, and they still consider this spring weather, while I consider it summer, ha ha. But I love it, just the humidity is another story all together.
    Have a great weekend G.
    God Bless You

I know how hard it is to do anything whilst minding Fergus ,and Bells will be into everything just as he is 😦  Fergus walked in with a lovely bunch of flowers as a gift for  Mothering Sunday for me and could hardly wait for me to take them so he could go and play ..I find it harder to watch him when everyone is around and they seem to expect me to follow him while they sit & talk !  he had crayoned inside a card for me too ..bless him 🙂
hope you got your well deserved rest g
    love and blessings
