I’m Baaack………..

Well, I came back in style.  My mom had to drive me in her car and my dad had to drive my car home.  Yes folks, the fibromyalgia has settled, once again, in my lower back.

This, too, shall pass, though.  I won’t let it get me too down.  God has His reasons for allowing it to hit now and I just have to listen to what those reasons are.

The time I did have with the folks was really good.  It was great to be in quiet house and to be pampered a bit.  Mom treated me to some time with her trainer  and Dad, who is an excellent cook, made an outrageously good linguine with clam sauce.

I will try to get to visit you as the back allows and I thank you for all of your well wishes.  I am truly blessed. g

  5. Hope you’re feeling a bit better. I don’t know how far away your parents live, but it was very nice of them to bring you home. I’ve almost always lived (as a married person and while my mom and dad were alive) too far away for frequent visits.
Hope you had a good Mother’s Day ~

  10. Well I"m keeping my chin up.  At least they haven’t said no yet.  And no one said it would be easy getting into JHU.  They say patience is a virtue….but it’s killing me.  I’ll let you know as soon as I hear anything.  Hope you have a nice week.
