Semi-Wordless Wednesday

Thank God my boy wasn’t hurt.  As you can see,  the driver’s side door was just missed.

Yes, that was the type of little car I liked to tool around town in when I didn’t have Isabella.  However, I will now stick with Saturns because they have a steel cage which goes around the perimeter of the car.  This keeps the car from being pushed in when hit.  I am told that the only other cars with this feature are Volvos and Mercedes Benz.

Nuff said.  Thank you God for protecting my boy.  g

  2. Gail, what a time you have had with this and your cold.  I hope all is beginning to settle down for you.  You have the right outlook, just keep trying to be positive about it.  Being postive never hurt anyone, it is the negative that causes stress!  I am thinking of you and hoping you have a great weekend and want to thank you for your words of encouragement.  I don’t know if my space friends could ever know how much their support has meant to me. hugs,Sheila

  3. Think God protects us at times for some reasons! And it was the case for your son!

Some seven years ago my Dad had an awful car accident when a stooopid driver overtook TWO cars on a CURVED road and had a head to head collision with my DAD’S CAR!

My Dad was kind of lucky the steering wheel when up and did not hit him in the chest as the front of his car came folding in.

He was severely injured with a crushed osophagus, a collasped lung, dislocated jaw, broken wrist, broken knee and broken femur. Think I’ve written it all! The doctor told us that only God could help here….. and HE did. My Dad after a long operation has almost recovered from every broken bone.

He even offered himself another fractured leg when he slipped other our dog and went back to hospital. He is back on his feet and walks pretty normally. Well don’t you think there is God somewhere??

All you can do in this world is pray…. nothing else

    Kisses,
