My boys are going away overnight and I am looking forward to some blessed quiet, maybe some time spent with a friend and/or some much coveted solitude.
As I can’t think of a single thing to talk about, let’s feast:
What is your favorite beverage? "That’s some mighty fine H2O." I agree with Adam Sandler’s character in The Waterboy. Water.
Name 3 things that are on your computer desk at home or work. Bottle of Red Yeast Rice (trying to find the same brand as Costco doesn’t seem to carry it any more), The Boy’s headphones, mechanical pencil. This is to name just a few of the many things in this cluttered mess.
On a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being highest), how honest do you think you are? 9.5 Leaving a bit of room for things I am not consciously aware of and sins of omission. I really do try.
If you could change the name of one city in the world, what would you rename it and why? Ho Chi Minh City to Freedom City. (I am not very creative today.)
What stresses you out? What calms you down? People saying the same thing three different ways in one breath – as if I didn’t get it the first time. Calming? A nap and or valium .
Have a wonderful weekend and don’t be a stranger, okay?
Oh, one more thing; in your part of the country/world, do you ever say, "Hey," as a greeting? It is quite common here. If not, what is your informal greeting?
Blessings to all, g
